Hi, I am a 33 year old male, married, and I suddenly noticed a small red inflammed patch on my penis, on the inside part (glans penis?)... I am not circumcised, so I regularly wash the area by pulling the foreskin back completely (no problems with it) and have never had any issues. No itching, no irritation. So will this go away on its own? Very rarely I do see some occasional reddening of the skin in the penis, but it goes away on its own. So what is this? Balanitis? STD?
