What Causes A Small Soft Lump On The Groin Area?

Hi I have a small soft lump which is tender in my groin area. Have had it for several days. Have not sustained an injury in that area but have just noticed a dark purple bruise in that area. My glands are up in my neck. Am 52 on HRT but have been having night sweats this week. Have been losing weight and am tired but have a lot of worry and stress in my life at the moment but wondering whether there are any causes for concern?

Hi,
Most probably that soft swelling is a lymphnode or, may be fat tissue.

You have to consult with an physician for check up to find out any other available swelling/ any infection , for proper management.

Dont worry
thanks
