What Causes A Small White Spot Under Foreskin Of Penis?

Hi I m 40 year old male For 3 weeks now I ve had a small white spot under my foreskin, that is not painful but can at times feel uncomfortable. It s about 5mm in size, there is a indentation to this spot. Could you please tell me what this could be? I ve not been sexually active in the last 3 months and before that was with protection. Thanks

As per your history, it may be due to smegma.

As it's asymptomatic so no need of any active management.

Maintain proper hygiene. Use plain water for washing.

In case of bleeding, you may require laser treatment.
