What Causes A Small Wound In Pubic Area Around The Hair?

Hi, it s been almost a year since I got a pretty bad in grown hair on my pubic mound. It spread to the follicle beside it and then eventually went away. But i would always pick and mess with it due to my excoriation disorder now it is a small wound on my public mound of two holes almost like a spider bite that will not grow hair I guess the hair never grew back in and it blocking this hole. Even if I leave it alone it fills up with pus and dead skin and I feel like need to purge it. I don t know what to do should I go see a dermatologist?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the folliculitis with infection then it may need draining of pus and anti-biotic and for that you need to see the surgeon and not the dermatologist till then you can try Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, and keep the area well clean with antiseptic lotion hope this information helps.
