What Causes A Soft Bump Below The Wrist Joint?

Hi I have a soft bump below wrist and the veins are darker on that arm . The bump is on the right side a little under wear you would wear your watch. Trace the pinky down to wrist then go another inch. Its not blue and doesn't hurt but a little swollen. What so you think?
