What Causes A Soft Painless Lump On The Buttock?

Iam female .age 35.iam having a soft and rubbery painless lump of small lime size on buttock and after 12 yrs some more lumps have started beside of that. I think they are lipomas which are smaller than that of old lump.how to stop them from recuring.

lipomas are tumor of fat.are soft rubbery and they slip underneath skin .lipomas have no effect on your health, but its a cosmetic problem....get surgery if u have cosmetic issues....they have very high tendency to recur,this is the only way....dear
