What Causes A Sound Of Air Rushing In Ears While Treating An Infection?

Over a month ago, I went to an Urgent Care facility for a clogged ear. They saw black wax and flushed it out and prescribed antibiotic ear drops. 3 weeks later it was still clogged and I saw my regular doctor, who also flushed it out after seeing black wax . That weekend the pain was too harsh so I went to another Urgent Care facility and they said I had an inner ear infection and prescribed oral antibiotics. It s been 3 weeks since my last visit and now I hear air rushing from my ear when I blow my nose. What could cause this, and should I expect it to heal on its own?
