What Causes A Spot With Mild Swelling And Discomfort On Upper Arm?

hi, I have a patch of skin on my upper left arm near my arm pit that is very sensitive to touch, but there is no discoloration and only minor swelling. When I touch the area the pain is minor but even wearing a bra causes discomfort. I think it might be from some sort of bug bite but I m not sure. Any idea as to what is going on?

A small swelling without a history of injury would be suggestive of a accessory breast or a lymphatic swelling.

Kindly visit a doctor for a breast and swelling examination.
