What Causes A Stabbing Pain In The Chest?
i had a very sharp, jab almost stab like on left side of chest over my heart, it lasted about 4-5 min it finally went away, then i felt dizzy, lightheaded this is sat feb 11, at about 1255 1ocloick should i get checked out or wait till mon ? now i still feel lightheaded and little dizzy still it 430

Your symptoms are not typical of a cardiac disorder, but it cannot be excluded either. For this reason, I would recommend going to the ER for a careful physical exam and some tests:
• A resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
• A chest x-ray study
• Complete blood count for infection
If these tests result normal, there is nothing to worry about.
