Hello,

Commonly stabbing pain occurs due to the trapped wind & you have a history of acid reflux & gastritis. Avoid oily spicy food, take food at the right time, take small amount of easily digestible food 5-6 times a day. Stabbing pain on the left side can be caused by medical conditions like Pericarditis, pleurisy, splenomegaly (ruptured spleen), pancreatitis, kidney infection, etc. Continue to take the medicines prescribed & get clinically examined by a Cardiologist & a GP. Get all blood & Imaging tests done. Get assessed & treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
