What Causes A Subchorionic Hemorrhage?

Hello. I had an ultrasound 2 days ago and was contacted by my Drs office today to notify me I have multiple subchorionic bleeds, which I m not overly concerned with. However I also have heterogeneity in my placenta and myometrium. Is this a concern with my previous history of placenta abruption resulting is stillbirth at 34 weeks and multiple miscarriages?

Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Yes, it is definitely a cause for concern.
*how old are you?
*how far along in your pregnancy are you?
*have you had any Infection during this pregnancy?
*do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?

Multiple subchorionic bleeds with a previous history of miscarriage increases the risk for placental abruption, miscarriage or premature labor.
The heterogenecity of the placenta is associated with adverse events in pregnancy & fetal death.
Please talk to your obgyn to have regular follow up and discuss options.
Hope this helps. Wish you a safe confinement and good health
