What Causes A Sudden Buzzing Sensation In The Head Along With Flushing Of The Face And Ears After Smoking An E-cigarette?

So I’ve been using a Juul a lot, and I’ve noticed that When I don’t use it I get this prickly feeling in my chest and I think it may be anxiety. I’ve lowered how much I use it but I usually do it in the morning during a shower and when I get home from work (I just graduated). When I did it tonight after work for my evening shower I had the most intense “buzz” I’ve ever had. I felt disconnected from the world it was so intense. I’ve been having this heavy feeling in my head from sinus headaches and it seemed like after the buzz subsided that it went away and I feel better than I have for a while. I’m not having problems speaking or doing anything but I feel as if I had some type of medical problem. My face got super hot and my ears too and now I’m worried something happened. What could this be, and should I go to the doctor?
