What Causes A Sudden Development Of Lump On Clavicle?

My sister said a lump about the size of a goofball appeared overnight on her clavicle in the middle, said if a little hard, does not hurt. Had CT scan, X-Ray and sonogram but no one knows what it is. She is going for a biopsy this Wed. Any quick thoughts? She is 55, takes blood pressure medicine and uses an inhaler every day... Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, in absence of symptoms and negative finding of imaging study the swelling could be nonspecific and it could be lymph node only in my opinion wait and watch would be best, and one can wait for biopsy hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
