What Causes A Sudden Exhalation Of Breath During Sleep?

I have noticed when im sleeping that sometimes I suddenly exhale forcefully, like someone just punched me in the gut. it only happens once then im fine. Ive had it happen several times last winter, then it seemed to stop for a while and now has started again

Well come to HCM
This is functional condition called visual hallucination, you have to come out of this condition and for that be positive, and practical, try some exercise, yoga, meditation, these would be fine for this, even if the symptoms does not improved then you will have to see the psychiatrist, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
