What Causes A Sudden Pinching Sensation In The Lower Abdomen?

I have a little pinch feeling in my lower abdomen area that comes and goes like intermittent i will feel it like one quick second then gone for a few hours then out of nowhere I will feel it again..it doesn t hurt just stings a little I am worried I don t know what causes this

it appears to be colique pain can be gastroenteritis or u ti of bladder. can have routine stool and urine test. can take a course of metrogyl and have alkasolsyrup 8hourly. for pain take cyclopan SOS. drink more water. if signs of uti then have culture and sensitivity test. and take most effective antibiotic.
