What Causes A Swollen Bump Near The Vagina?

Hi, i have been.expeirencing incredible pain when ever i go to the bathroom. And its very sore around the end of my vagina near the beginning of my butt. Ive only felt one bump down there but thats from shaving im sure. But it seems very swallon and red and it Hurts really bad. Please tell me its not herpes or any stds. And it hurts alot when i have sexual intercourse. What is it?
