What Causes A Swollen Gland In The Throat Area And Pain In The Shoulder?

I have a swollen gland civicall throat area that is swollen. Have pain in left shoulder blade. Right shoulde civicall on top. Have been treated twice n the last month for strep. Was given inflammation medication. White count was at 6.8 per mill small off painfully n chest

The pain in the throat can be because of the throat infection. The pain near the clavicle can be because of the involvement of the lymphnodes secondary to throat infection. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
