Hi,
You seem to have hit hard on a wall. All the problems you have described are acute effect of the hit on your face, resulting into a hit on your eyes/eye brow &side of face. The tissues being disturbed by the blow, followed by swelling, inflammation, which is a natural body reaction.
You can apply ice pack to the inflamed area, clean the bruised face & put antiseptic ointment there.
Black circles under eyes will go as the inflammation is gone..The swelling on your eye brow needs an orthopedic doctor's advice & Xray to exclude fracture. To be followed by treatment accordingly.
Please don't worry, in today's era of modern medicine any thing & every thing is repairable.
Thanks
