What Causes A Swollen Vein In Between My Anus And Testicles?

i have what appears to be a swollen vein in between my anus and testicles. it doesnt hurt though it does sting a bit. there were two, but the other day while having a bowel movement one of them started bleeding and is gone now. the one that is left has bled some but is still there. please help me and tell me what this is. i dont think its a hemroid because it is closer to my testicles. right where the crack to my butt starts

Your description of lesion suggestive of fistula with perineal opening. even though that is not a confirmatory diagnosis until unless examination was done.

Other possible causes

Perineal infection(folliculitis, boil or carbuncle)
Haemorrhoid
Fissure in ano..

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
