What Causes A Swollen Wound On The Leg While On Norethindrone?

hi Dr. i had my baby 8 months ago and i started taking the norethindrone 4 months ago and my BP has being increasing also had unhealing and swelling wound on my leg for the past 3 month, does this drug has anything to do with those changes in my body systems? pls i m so confused help.
