What Causes A Tender Spot On The Head?

I was wondering if I should have my skull x-rayed because when I was around nine, a heavy, crystal light cover that was bumpy fell onto the top of my head. I don t remember much of what happened, just that I began laughing a lot afterward and my eye sight was a bit fuzzy. Now, though, it s tender and hurts so much when any kind of pressure is placed on that spot. It even feels like it gives a bit when I gingerly put pressure on the area. If you can help me, in any way, I d appreciate it.
