Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of your husband and you have noted a solid mass with irregular borders attached to his right testicle. He has been having some
nausea and
vomiting for a month now off and on.
It is difficult to understand why people make so late in getting a proper diagnosis and proper treatment.
This is so as this is indicative of cancer of the testicle.
It is possible that it has spread to other parts of abdomen and so giving the nausea and vomiting.
I would advise him the following on urgent basis.
MRI of the
scrotum. abdomen and chest to get a proper diagnosis and plan the treatment.
Tumor marker blood tests, urine and semen tests.
Clinical evaluation by an
Urologist or a Cancer Surgeon if required for further management.
This can be in the form of surgery, radiotherapy
If the diagnosis is other than cancer, you are lucky and the treatment will be as per the diagnosis.
