What Causes A Tightness In The Vagina?

The inside of my vagina is very tight so tight I can hardly fit my finger in. It doesnt hurt when I do so though. And last night when my husband was fingering me he pulled out and there was blood but it wasnt period blood. I am kinda worried. What does that mean and what should I do? I also missed my period this month Im 2 weeks late but I took 2 test and they both said negative. Could the blood just be from the missed period or is something really wrong?
