What Causes A Tingling And Tightness In The Body?

Hi i have constantly tingling/draining + pressure sensation in my head predominately but also in most of my body. My ears and just above are the worst affected. I have chronic intense fatigue, i feel so weak it seems almost impossible to move, also have large areas of partial numbness, loss of sensation. Also have something that seems like nerve pain started off in my leg now all over and in head. Dull shooting pain. Vision not great last 2 days ethier. All started 5 weeks ago after a bug, had dizziness, headache + nausea after bug and then the rest of it came along bit by bit. Feel awful + very scared. Mri booked for the 12th but synmtoms intenfiying at an alarming rate. Please help!
