What Causes A Tingling Sensation In The Hands?
Every once in awhile I get a feeling like I m going to faint. I get a tingling feeling in my hands and I feel like my butt is going to sleep. I don t lose consciousness but i feel like I m going to. I put my head down and the feeling passes. I just turned 70. Can you help me?

The first condition to consider is carpal tunnel syndrome or compression of the median nerve at the wrist.
The second condition that may cause your symptoms is a pinched nerve at cervical spine level by disorders such degenerative spine disease, herniated disc disease, etc.
Getting evaluated by a Neurologist is necessary as a first step in understanding better your condition.
