What Causes A Tiny Black Hole On Thigh With Light Skin Around It?

I have had a really small black hole on the top of my thigh for about a year or two. I have been able to pop it once and a black-head (I m assuming) came out, but left a really tiny black hole still. It s about the size of a pencil tip and the skin around it is lighter then the rest of my thigh. It doesn t hurt or cause discomfort and isn t raised on the skin. What could this be?

You need to get it examined and see what exactly it is. It can be simply removed by a home done extractor.
