What Causes A Tiny Bump Between My Testies And Anus?

I have a tiny bump between my ball sack and my asshole. I went to a doctor a few months ago about it, and he believed it may be a ingrown hair; however, it is still there. It is not very large in size, but it discharges liquid that looks almost like an orangeish to redish color. It smells quite funny too. It does not always discharge, but at times it does. When I squeeze it, more puss comes out. Any ideas what this may be?
