Hello, and thank you....my daughter has a sty on one eye(left), but a couple of days ago she got a very tiny lump(red dot) right on the lower (center part) eyelid of her right eye. Should I take her to the ophthalmologist? or what is this little bump, it looks nothing like the sty on her left eyelid.
I reviewed your history. From the history it looks like ecchymosis of eye lid secondary to a stye. This will resolve with the treatment for stye which is in the form of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs. For further confirmation of diagnosis if possible do send a photo of the affected eye so that I can advice you more accurately.
