What Causes A Tiny White Pin Like Dot On The Cheek?

hello,
I have a tiny white pin like dot on the right side of my cheek. Its been there for around 3 weeks..Does not hurt and does not appear to be getting bigger. I have an appt with my dentist next week. I Have to add I just recently quit using smokless tobacco. Can I have mouth cancer?..-Greg

I ve gone through your query.

Pin like dot on your cheek can be the parotid gland orifice. This can be inflammed at times for so many reasons and smoking is one among them.Inflammed orifice is more so visible than the normal orifice.

This can also be linea alba, white line appearing due to mild cheek bite.
But none of these hold a chance to be cancerous.
this is insignificant most of the times.
