What Causes A Vaginal Discharge With Irritation?

After i pee a white liquid discharge comes out in my vagina. I have recently been treated for a yeast infection and the itchiness has subsided though there is still some irritation. The irritation however subsides upon applying cream travogen. I am very worried about the discharge as I have already finished treatment and its the only abnormality remaining.
