What Causes A Vaginal Discharge With Yeast Infections And Arthritic Finger Pain?

Hello. I ve been to numerous doctors. I have constant discharge and yeast infections. Sometimes bladder. Tests all come out within normal range for urine, bladder, blood, hormones, thyroid... Had ultrasound five months ago. Started having arthritic like pain in left pinky too? I had two children in my forties and my body has never adjusted. Thinking I m perimenapausal? Really frustrated.
