What Causes A Vaginal Lump Discharge With Burning And Swelling Legs?

I am 26 years old and barley have intercourse, about 4 months ago I had an IUD put in, after intercourse I found a large welt on the side of my virgina, it doesnt itch kinda burns and I am having a pink discharge, which may mean I am trying to start but I have never had a normal period so am not sure I also have bad side effects to hormonal birth controls, could this be linked to Lupus? a friend had me look at Lupus on google a while back becuase when I get stressed out I break out into hives that itch really bad and cause swelling in my feet arms and legs sometimes even my eyes should I get checked?
