What Causes A Vaginal Sore With Blisters?

I have a sore on my vagina ... it is not a blister but more like raw skin I also noticed 2 small blister like things just under it , it is very sore and almost jaggy feeling also the tops of my legs are sore feeling more like a shaving rash with the jaggy feeling what does this sound like?
