What Causes A Very Off Balanced And Words Slurred?
hi iam 26 years old mother, i have a very busy lifestyle, but i get 8 hours or more sleep every night, plenty of exercise and eat well. i dont drink or smoke im very healthy, no medical conditions but i am so tired all the time! i get blurred vision and could almost fall over, very off balanced and words slurred. had my thyroid tested thats fine, what could be causing this vatigueness?

The most probable causes of the symptoms you prescribed at your age (that should be excluded first) are:
-Anemia due to heavy periods or not sufficient iron intake, a full blood count would be of help. -Reactive hypoglicemia, which is confirmed by measuring the blood sugar when you have these episodes of blurred vision, off balance ect -Electrolite disturbances: Ca, Na, K ect -Neurological problems, a neurological examination by a physician.
