What Causes A Very Small Hole Under The Frenulum Of Penis?

Hi there - just noticed a small 3mm hole (clean through) my foreskin frenulum. It doesn t hurt, and basically appeared over night. Do I need to worry about it getting larger? It s almost like a piercing hole, and has no rough edges. Worried about sex and breaking my body. Thank you!

Hi,

If you had it from child birth and not noticed it, no issue. Share a picture. If no pain, no irritation during urination, no dropping of urine when not urinating, then there is no need to worry.
