What Causes A Vibrating Sensation In The Abdomen On The Left Side?

Hello, I have been having this vibrating sensation in my left abdomen side for about 4 days now. I also have this light pain feeling or sensation in my stomach it just comes and goes when I press my stomach I cannot trace it. Please what could be the matter? Thank you - Toks Ade

it can be psychological problem can take ultrasound abdomen for detecting any growth giving rise to such symptoms get it examined by gastroenterologist.endoscopy has to be done.
