What Causes A Visible Red Line Starting Form Lower Buttocks To Anus?

I have a red line starting from the top of my butt crack, all the way down to the anus. It doesn t show any signs of irritation and doesn t hurt. I ve had it for a few years. I m just curious to know what this is? Does everyone have this? I don t like it because when I get intimate, I get embarrassed when my partner sees it. Is anal bleach an option?
