Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a very small amount of clear discharge from my penis.. I get hiv testing 2 times a year, and have been tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea , syphilis and uti 2 times in the past 2.5 both times neg, and weeks along side treatment for these both times I have been tested. I have no pain when I pee, and my testicles are not sore or swollen and no sores. what could this clear discharge be?
* As per my surgical experience, in absence of obvious sexually transmitted disease, watery discharge from the penis indicates Dhatu discharge most likely.
* Dhatu is residual portion of semen passed in urine when there is inadequate masturbation or intercourse which leads to spilling of semen inside the bladder from prostatic plexuses.
This is not a disease and does not require any form of therapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
