What Causes A Watery Discharge In The Nipples?

Hi I m Married and already have one baby. Last night a transperent water discharge from one nipple when I squeeze after 10days taking unwanted tablet (7weeks 5 days pregenancy) and till today periods are continue. May i know its normal or something going wrong.
