What Causes A Weird Taste In Everything I Eat And Drink?

Everything that ive eaten and drank has this super weird taste added and i dont know what to do to stop it. I brush my teeth and its not something i taste in my spit i can also smell it on foods too it’s definitely not the food itself because i had others try my food and smell it and it was normal for them
