ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, Thanks for the query.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having CSOM first time.

CSOM first time might caused perforation in your ear drum which causing noise in your left ear .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Keep ear dry (don't put any ear drop) ,don’t allow water go inside while bath.

I will suggest you to please consult your ENT doctor because here clinical examination is very important to diagnose the real fact and accordingly treatment may be planed.

Regards.
