General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It could be a genital wart. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. Once the diagnosis is confirmed you can go for cauterization or cryosurgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
