What Causes A White Bump On Bottom Lip Of Children?

My son is 3 years old and he has a white bump on his bottom lip. my uncle had given him a bottle of water that he drunk out of. Also two other people have kissed him in the mouth without my permission. Please help. I did take him to his dermatologist before and he cleared him from herpes. I do tend to get cold soars but I cover them. I don t kiss him on the lips never.

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion may not be due to drunk the water from bottle or kissing, you have not mentioned what the dermatologist advised, if it is treatment or medicine given for this then no need to worry abut this, it will come around soon, take care.
