What Causes A White Discharge In The Underwear?

hey i really feel like there is something wrong with my body.i have thick white discharge and sometimes it changes to light yellow.i will be driving sometimes and feel it coming out of me.i go and look n there will b discharge all in the lining of my underwear..i absolutely hate it!! it doesnt really hav a bad odor..just wierd smell! what could this be?
