What Causes A White Heavy Discharge?

i woke up this morning and my underwear were completely wet and i know it wasnt blood or pee. I dont think im pregnant. I have been having alot of white heavy discharge and it smells weird. Also in PE today we were running lines and i only ran 5 and felt like i was going to puke and almost passed out in the locker rooms. Why is this?
