What Causes A White Lump On The Vagina And Dizziness?

Everytime I pee and the pee sits there for a little bit it gets a little white blob on it about two inches wide and thick kinda like a cotton ball . But I ve been spotting blood and light pink and brown along with a jelly like substance for a little bit . Instead of a period thats what I had . And I have been having tender breasts , along with morning sickness , and dizziness, I always have to pee , but I ve taken about 8 pregnancy tests and they re all negative , along with the doctors pee test and blood test . Could I still he pregnant and just not have a high hormone level ? If I was pregnant I think I would be about 6 weeks , it could be less , but I think 6 weeks. I have a picture of the blob , I don t know exactly how to describe it . But I do have a picture of it.

* There can be various reasons for a white lump in the vagina as a sebaceous cyst, Bartholin cyst or other stuff.

* As there is discharge with the spotting of blood, inflammation is the soundest possibility in this instance.

* If you can provide your age, sexual history with a picture of the lesion, better guidelines can be figured out from this point ahead.
