What Causes A White Pimple Like Spot On The Face?

I had a white pimple looking thing come out of the inside of my cheek...it was hard. Felt like I ate something sour and my jaw hurt a little..went to look at it and pulled out hard white pimple looking thing...This happen before when I had really really bad abscessed tooth but I got dentures now. What is this????

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a hard thing to come in from the cheek seems to be most probably a salivary stone or a Sialolith that is formed due to formation of crystalline stones from the minerals present in saliva..

Sometimes small stones can come out of the duct orifice with the flow of saliva and can appear in mouth..
Especially when you ate sour foods that led to slight discomfort in jaw, it can be due to obstruction in the duct of the gland causing discomfort and along with it the flow of saliva has caused flushing of the stones..
