What Causes A White,runny Discharge From The Vagina?

hey doctor,

i have a white runny discharge coming from my vagina, i only see it when i wipe or clean myself, i have noticed that down there and my urine has smelt REALLY strong recently, any ideas as to what it may be? i cant really describe. any help would be appreciated :) thanks
