What Causes Abdomen Cramps, And Lower Back Pain?

I've taken Levonelle over a week ago after an incident with my boyfriend. I had no side effects from the pill until two days ago, where I am getting painful cramps in my lower abdomen and pains in my lower back. The pain is persistent and I've been taking pain killers to numb it.
