What Causes Abdomen Pain And Lower Back After My Periods?

Hi I am 34, Im 11 st and 5ft 4. I am on the contraceptive pill and have never had kids.
I had my period as normal but it only last 3 days, i complete my period on Saturday since then, I have been experiencing bad period like pains in my abdomin and my lower back, I seem to be very cranky (even for me!) very tired and I feel sick. I haven;t missed any periods or pills, any ideas what it could be?

Hi

Mood changes can occur with the use of contraceptive pills.Antispasmodics can be taken for abdominal pain.In case of abdominal pain with excess bleeding or clots for more than 7 days, kindly consult your gynaecologist.

Long term use of contraceptives can cause many side effects and should be used with caution.
